How to Cancel an Order

  3. Refunds: If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Customized, made-to-measure, or altered garments.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Partial cancellations may be allowed only if the specific item(s) have not been shipped.
  • If your order is canceled by us due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or technical errors, you will receive a full refund.
