At Dortex Design, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Refunds and returns are applicable only to purchases made directly from www.dortexdesigns.com.

Refund & Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact our support team at support@dortexdesigns.com or log in to your Dortex Design account to request a return.
  2. Send the Product – Our support team will provide you with the return address.
  3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your product, our quality team will inspect it. If it meets the conditions, your return/refund will be approved.
  4. Refund Issued – Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or personalized clothing cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
